I was supporting two projects as Test Architect and Test Manager for Robert Bosch Bosch Digital and HR Department. The first project was Skill Hub, a marketplace to make user skills visible and search for project opportunities, mentoring, networking, and learning recommendations for user user-personalized learning and development journey. It lays the foundation for a skills-driven organization and a self-driven associate development. Skill Hub is a SAAS application designed for all Bosch employees, with more than 500 000 users worldwide.
Test Manager
The second project was JSDL. A key component of Bosch's HR Digitalization strategy is the Job-Skill-Data Ecosystem, which includes the Job-Skill-Data Library (JSDL). The goal is to create a global job and role catalog with consistent criteria that allows Bosch to access and report on job data in ways that are useful to our organization. JSDL receives new job and skill data from internal and external sources. It hosts data from JSDL content owners and supports numerous use cases in the area of skill, resource and access management. It enables spotting of insights and trends relevant to jobs and skills. JSDL is in-house developed software.
